However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and customer-friendly.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it within 1-2 weeks of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team info@mindfulmedsuk.com. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned item.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product minus a shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the products must be:
1. In its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Free from any damage, or alterations.
3. Returned within the specified time frame.

Exceptions:

The following items are non-returnable:

2. Ketermine Liquid

Refund Processing Time:
